TWENTY6HUNDRED is a Toronto rock band originally formed in 2006. The band’s musical style combines alternative rock and post-grunge with elements of punk, reggae and various other percussive influences into their music.
TWENTY6HUNDRED is well known for their energetic and involving live performances, playing most of the premier stages in Toronto including: the Rivoli, Velvet Underground, Bovine Sex Club, Lee’s Palace, El Mocambo, Mod Club, Opera House and Yonge-Dundas Square. TWENTY6HUNDRED’s diverse musical style has allowed the band to seamlessly integrate into a variety of lineups alongside bands of varying genres from indie, pop and classic rock to hard rock, punk and heavy metal. The band is also equally comfortable playing unplugged/acoustic sets as it suits the venue or listing.
